Meeting with Patrice Vernay, President and founder of the group.
Can you introduce your company in a few words?
EWO Infinite Group is a company dedicated to societal evolution and to the provision of new technologies to enable the development of certain human capacities, such as consciousness. We are in a field of development of the individual. Current scientific developments, through the work of recognized researchers, allow us to really modify our perception of reality. Thus, we work with scientists to make these innovations and knowledge available to everyone.
It is a job that requires a high level of precision and commitment, because we have to disseminate, distribute, market and above all popularize these learning tools - which are still difficult to access - to as many people as possible. We invest a large part of our revenues in the development of our teams in terms of taking into account human needs.
Our objective is to allow a harmonization of the human being which, to do this, necessarily includes the consideration of its ecosystem and the environment in general.
How many people work for EWO Infinite Group on a daily basis?
To date, we have more than 40 employees and integrated service providers. Our ambition is to be able to hire the service providers working with us, but depending on the regions of the world where they are based, it is not easy to offer contracts when our activity is not yet represented in certain countries. Currently, we are structuring ourselves to welcome new collaborators in Africa, Canada and Serbia. Our main activities are for the moment essentially based in Switzerland and a little in France.
How do you organize your activities in Europe, given that you are based in Switzerland?
The current context has led to a sharp increase in the use of telecommuting. But we were already prepared for this way of working. Our tools allow us to be efficient. And our company structure and organizational model are designed to work from anywhere in the world. We invest time to adapt EWO Infinite Group to the current needs. Because we take into account the human well-being, we manage to find a balance between personal and professional life and between collective and individual work. And this in order to find a "classic" atmosphere of offices where one goes every day. We have managed to recreate this ecosystem by taking into account the specificities of teleworking.
In how many countries are you present?
Today, our clients are present in nearly 100 countries. Some of our events are even more widespread worldwide since we are not limited to face-to-face events. Today, everything takes place online!
In addition, we are actively working on the internationalization of the company, notably through the deployment of our multilingual teams and the implementation of an architecture adapted to this deployment.
What are your perspectives of evolution and development?
We are currently developing our subsidiaries in Serbia as well as in Africa and Canada, with an opening planned for 2022. We are also planning several training and seminar centers for our customers in these countries, as well as in France.
The other major project, which is in the final stages of completion, concerns the implementation of the online store in early 2022. This e-store will bring together all our offers, an essential tool for the distribution and marketing of our products to our customers.
Finally, we are also developing an online academy, structured in collaboration with the academic and research world.
